Access policy: commercial functions are only allowed if they are working for a sponsor.
The number of exhibitors is limited (25 in Affligem, 13 in Namur and 12 in Luxemburg).
An event for each region: Flanders, Wallonia and Luxemburg.
All exhibitors get a logo on the website, a table top expo, the visitor’s database (GDPR compliant), good catering and a presentation (also limited).
Discounts are for visitor’s acquisition, FEE membership and participation at multiple events.
